Today's i am going to wright blog on the subject which is very commmon for all of you. But those who are going through this common problem (Including me) for them it's very large and so much painful.
I have choose this subject because who are not facing this problem will understand the sorrow and pain behind it who are facing this and help them. If any body will help atleast one people then aim of my blog will success.
Unemployement is very big problem today's time. Approx 2 to 3 will get the job out of 10. I also have done engineering in computer science in 2013 but till date i could not get any job.
Now you will say that IT rises many jobs you didn't try at that level or you could not did better etc etc. SO on this thinking i will tell only one thing i am not enjoying any fun to sit at home i wanted to help my family also.
In this 3 years of unemployment i gave may interview and job applications but didn't get any success. College didn't arrange any campus drive why any body tell him even we did not receive caution money. Well my point is something different.
I want to say that from this blog that big-big companies show's that students had proffessionational and communication gap but they didn't thought that in their management so unproffessional behaviour when ever fresher demand job from there.
Fresher how well sent proffessionational email for job but they do not bother to make reply . They hired many HR's like they will hire 10-15 freshers daily even the HR's did not reply to follow ups's to that freshers. Is this is a proffessionational
behaviour of company ? If we are not selected then please tell us we will try for another option but they don't. Also tell us why we are not selected please show our deficits we will over come in next companies interview. Second thing that people who work
in the company means employee if company arrange referal drives then why guys make that type of face like we demad their Gf from them. We are like your younger brother please this type of behaviour does not suites you. Just remember your time
guys when you are searching job and you need some ones help. So please guys help to those who needs you. Atleast help 3-4 people for searching and getting job.
Now comes the turn of the society who does not want that the unemployed people live peacefully. If someone accidentally discovers these people is unemployed then they will started to be Raichand, hey son why are sitting at home jobs will not come to home
do some job, do some work , help to your father ,share your fathers responsibilities etc etc. Oh uncle, i took graduation because i also wanted to share my families responsibilities not to sit at home. I completely do not understand why people become Raichand not Guidechand
if they guide properly then the life of a person will be good. Inseed of becoming Raichand people have to help unemployed and make sure they will get a good job.
It is easy to do demotivate anyone but if you have humanity then please motivate and pick up the fallen.You do not gave job to us it's ok but please,motivate us for our career. It is easy to make some tauntes to some one but we need your love and support not your taunts.
By taunting the unemployed will be go in depression and take some wrong step like suicide you shall bear this sin. Please please do not demotivate and flow jokes on unemployed person. Just be helpfull , god will help you whenever you are in trouble.
I also wanted to say to unemployed people please friends don't get demotivated and attampte suicide. Life is more precious then your thinking don't end with for others thinking give your best every time and keep trust to god he will fix everything.
